PRIVATE EVENTS
Our vineyard is a beautiful, intimate setting for your next:
- Bridal or baby shower
- Engagement or anniversary celebration
- Birthday or graduation party
- Corporate gathering
- Fundraiser dinner
- Celebration of life
- And more!
To keep events intimate and comfortable, we generally accommodate 40 guests or fewer. If your guest count is close, please inquire—we may be able to make an exception depending on the event.
Private Venue Rental Includes
Your rental includes a private event area near the barn, nestled alongside the vines, with family-style tables and chairs, umbrellas when needed, and access to our tasting room seating areas, including patio seating and our firepit area.
Also included:
- Glassware for your guests
- ADA-accessible outdoor restroom
- Three Oaks staff member to greet guests and pour wine
- Twinkle lights
- Access to additional rental items and preferred vendors
Wine: A minimum purchase of one case of wine is required, with reds and whites available based on your preferences.
Pricing & Availability
Sunday–Thursday: $1,295 + one case minimum wine purchase
Includes up to 40 guests.
Fridays: $1,795 + one case minimum wine purchase
Includes up to 40 guests.
Saturdays: Daytime events only. Events must conclude around 4 PM so we can transition into our Saturday evening programming. Please inquire for availability, timing, and pricing.
Saturday evenings are not currently available for private venue rentals.
Security Deposit: $295
Event setup and access times vary depending on your event time and duration. Please inquire for details.
A Few Notes
Caterers, photographers, and other hired vendors do not count toward your guest total. Children under 2 are also not included in the guest count.
The venue will be swept and wiped down prior to your arrival and provided as-is. Additional florals, décor, specialty rentals, setup, and cleanup services may be available through our preferred local vendors.
Weddings
We are not currently hosting traditional weddings. We may consider very small, simple wedding celebrations of 40 guests or fewer. Please inquire for details.
