To ensure intimacy and quality, we accommodate bookings for 40 guests and under. 

Private Venue Rental

Includes:

• Private area near the barn,  nestled right up against the vines. Complete with family style tables and chairs, umbrellas available OR tasting room area consisting of a mix of tables and chairs, padded patio chairs snuggled around a firepit, round tables, etc.
• One case of wine, reds and whites available based on guest preference
• Glass rental for your 40 guests
• Access to outdoor restroom complete with toilet and sink. ADA accessible!
• Three Oaks staff member to greet and welcome guests, pour wine, etc.
• Twinkle lights

Event set-up times and access times vary based on your desired party time and duration, please inquire.

Price: $1,295 + one case minimum purchase. Fee includes up to 40 guests, no additional guests allowed. 

VALID any day of the week except for Saturday's. 

Price: $1,795 + one case minimum purchase. Fee includes up to 40 guests, no additional guests allowed. 

VALID price for Saturday events. Tasting room will be closed to the public at this rate.

Security Deposit: $295.00

*Any staff such as caterers or photographers do not count in your guest count.

*Venue is swept, and wiped down upon arrival- guests will receive as is. 

**Children under 2 years old are not counted in the guest count. 

For additional florals, specialty items, decorations, and clean-up services, we are contracted with a plethora of select vendors. Inquire for more details!

We are not hosting weddings at this time, unless it happens to be a party of under 40 guests.
