From Vine to Bottle

At Three Oaks Vineyard, great wine begins in the vineyard.

We believe exceptional wine starts with healthy vines and beautiful fruit, which is why we take a hands-on approach from vine to bottle. Our vineyard is sustainably farmed and ecologically nourished, with vines fed by compost, thoughtfully irrigated, and grapes tasted and tested throughout the season to determine the perfect time to harvest.

And when we say handcrafted, we mean it. Our wines are made right here on the property, and we stay hands-on through every step of the process—from harvest and winemaking to bottling, corking and labeling each wine right here at Three Oaks.

Leading the process is our winemaker, Phil Lauchland, a Fresno State Enology graduate with deep roots in California wine country. His knowledge, experience and passion for traditional winemaking guide each vintage while allowing the character of our estate-grown fruit to shine.

Our approach is rooted in traditional, Old World-style winemaking—small-production, handmade wines that are low in sulfites and made without unnecessary artificial ingredients, allowing the vineyard and each varietal to speak for itself.
